It is very close to the Airport, the food is great. Overall cleanliness and the staff is great.
Only complaint we had is that with a grilled ham & cheese you don't use garlic bread. As I am allergic to garlic I couldn't eat it and my husband who likes garlic only ate a 1/4 of it and said it just didn't taste good.
Beds were comfortable and the indoor courtyard was nice
I had a very rude waitress at the restaurant which ruined my day, and the hotel didnt compensate me very well because of that.
It had everything we needed. The front desk clerk was awesome, and the chef in the dining room was superb.
The bed was hard as a rock!
It was a very cozy place to stay with a very nice atmosphere and decor. The price was just right for our family.
wifi internet was so slow, coffee maker was broken, bad quality
It was nice and quiet!
A little confusion at the front desk. A new person was there and a little unaware of proceedures. The breakfast was good except for the eggs. What were they? Surely they were NOT eggs!
In our second room the air-conditioning worked great. The pool area was clean and the water appeared clean and healthy. In the second room the beds were better.
First room: The beds were squishy and were on the old metal frames. We all stubbed our toes at least once. We had to ask for a cot twice and the cot springs were horrible, we ended up putting the mattress on the floor and the springs in the hallway. There were four of us staying in the room and only three towels. We asked for towels twice and then went to get them at the front desk. The same thing happened the next day. Second room said it was a non-smoking room but we could smell stale smoke when we walked in. There was NO hot water in the bathroom; after about 5-8 minutes we managed to get lukewarm water. Rarely any towels at the pool. Had to ask 3-4 times during the two days we stayed. Breakfast was adequate but the eggs were undercooked. I have a gluten sensitivity and asked for no toast and it came with toast anyways. It would nice to have another option for the "Breakfast Included" portion. When we changed rooms my phone charger was missing (it was on a chair before we left and before the room was cleaned). When I went to look for it, I looked under the beds....it was pretty scary. You might want to check it out.
The location was good.
the hotel was overpriced and parts of it are "falling apart". Service was not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. Would not stay there again
The breakfast was good
The rooms, hallways and outside front entrance look dirty, unattended to and uncared for. The beds are not plush by any stretch and are covered with old bedspreads. We had trouble with the shower and the sink faucets, they go around and around. Hard to find the hot water setting. Next time we have to stay close to the airport we will stay somewhere else.
There is really nothing positive to say about this hotel. One word to discribe it - dump!
The room was extremely dirty - there was dust on the walls, the headboard and furniture. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The 'hot tub' had barely any motion and it felt slimy. We went to eat in the restaurant but the main area was closed - it was only 4pm, but we were hungry from a long day of travelling and no lunch - The main restaurant which looked fairly cosy was closed so we had to sit in a really bright cafeteria style area. The waitress came over and she looked like she had been rolling in food, dirty apron, etc. so we left and opted for the pub style restaurant on site. That was a big mistake. When we asked for the wine menu - which clearly states on the menu is available by asking the server, it was no where to be found. We ordered appetitizers and were brought completly different items than what we ordered. When a second waitress came around and informed us she would be taking over, she actually dragged a chair over and sat in the middle of us at our table for two and proceded to carry on some silly conversation about wine drinking! We had to ask her to excuse herself because our food was getting cold on our table. Food was less than substandard. As we were catching a 1 am flight, we decided to go relax in our room after dinner and order a movie - but you guessed it - the pay per view wasn't in service! We called the front desk to order a cab, but when we got to the lobby 10 min later, they had let the cab go. When we complained to the manager on duty, she promised we would not be charged for the room, but the next day - a bill and charge to our credit card was presented for a hefty sum, accomodated by a free one night hotel voucher. As if we would ever return! When it was time to go to the airport, the front desk called the shuttle 3 times, but got no answer so we had to wait over a half hour for our cab and almost missed our deadline for check in!
I like the convenience of its location however this time I had booked a kingsize, nonsmoking room and got a double queen right around the corner from reception and although the elevator didn't work everyone checking out at 03:00 hours rolled by my door with the clickity clack of wheeled luggage so it was very hard to sleep almost impossible. When I asked the next morning to be moved to a different room there were none available although I had booked a kingsize non smoking room.
Free shuttle service to the airport and the ability to leave our van at the hotel.
They had no record of the reservation we had made online and so we had a crappy room and instead of the cot we had asked for, we had to use a mattress on the floor.
Liked the included breakfast. Also parking and shuttle service to the airport. Saves on park and fly costs for the week.
I really liked the staff as they informed me that it was to my financial advantage to book directly through the inn as opposed to booking online. The advantage being that I could take better advantage of any specials the inn was offering by booking directly with them! I also was impressed with the restaurant service!
I didn't like how early the continental breakfast was, especially on the weekend.
